Honor officially launched its new high-end MagicPad 13 tablet. This new tablet comes with a stylish design and packs the older Snapdragon 888 processor under the hood.
Honor’s new premium tablet, the MagicPad 13, has the same design as the Honor 90 series. It has a similar camera module and thin bezels on the front.
The device features an ultra-clear 13-inch 2.8K IMAX Enhanced display with ∆E<1 color accuracy, which is a first for an LCD panel. The panel also offers 2880×1840 resolution, 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, 700nit peak brightness, and up to 90% screen-to-body ratio. With HDR 10 support, you are sure to get a great multimedia experience. The Honor tablet is 6.4mm thick and weighs 660g.
Performance Honor MagicPad 13
The Snapdragon 888 chip inside the MagicPad 13 might bring back some memories for early 2019. This 5nm processor can handle most demanding tasks with ease, but you might notice some unusual heating. Honor will offer the tablet with 8GB, 12GB, or 16GB of RAM and 256/512GB of internal storage.
MagicPad 13 also comes with the industry’s first earless 3D spatial audio. The eight speaker-level subwoofers in this device let you enjoy spatial audio without having to plug in earphones.
On the software front, the slate runs the MagicOS 7.2 operating system with Android 13. Honor also packs a few productivity apps like Honor Docs, which work similarly to the Microsoft Office suite.
