Instruction Manual | Tecno Phantom X

Review Tecno Phantom X – The Tecno Phantom X is the first brand new smartphone and has pretty impressive camera hardware on both the front and back.

This Tecno Phantom X has a rear camera featuring a 50MP main module with a large 1/1.3” sensor with 1.2µm native pixels that grow to 2.4µm with binning. This sensor has Dual Pixel and Laser autofocus and is behind the f/1.85 lens.

The second camera is a 13MP telephoto camera with a 50mm lens, which is called a portrait camera.

As well as being great for portrait shots, this focal length is also 2x magnification over the main lens, so it’s also a telephoto camera, although 2x doesn’t sound like much, but it’s the first telephoto lens on a Tecno phone.

The third module has a 120-degree ultrawide angle lens and an 8MP sensor. These cameras are powered by a quad LED flash. There are no macro or depth lenses like there are on other brands, which is a good thing.

The Tecno Phantom X has a 48MP selfie camera on the front, which is coupled with an 8MP ultrawide module with a 105-degree angle.

Both are assisted by a dual LED flash. On paper, the Tecno Phantom X has one of the most impressive camera setups launched this year.

The Tecno Phantom X has a 6.7-inch SuperAMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate of 1080p+ resolution with a 19.5:9 ratio and curved sides.

The Tecno Phantom X is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 chipset, a 12nm fabricated chipset with two Cortex-A76 cores and a Mali-G76 MC4 GPU, and this is perhaps the least impressive part of the whole smartphone.

However, the Tecno Phantom X has up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Also, a vapor chamber cooling system is built into the chipset, which promises to keep it 3-5 degrees cooler.

The battery has a capacity of 4,700 mAh and supports 33W fast charging. Charging for 30 minutes is claimed to be enough to revive an empty battery and bring it up to 70 percent.
