Review Realme V5 5G – This smartphone packs a punch-hole display design, aka a perforated screen and it supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.
Realme V5 5G uses an LCD panel measuring 6.5 inches of Gorilla Glass by offering Full HD Plus resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and has a high aspect ratio of 20: 9. The presence of a perforated screen design also makes this smartphone successful in providing a screen-to-body ratio of 90.7 percent.
The small hole that is placed in the upper left corner of the screen like Realme Narzo itself is home to a 16 megapixel selfie camera which is also equipped with various photography features such as HDR, AI beauty, gesture photography, time-lapse, to support for Full HD video recording at 30fps.
Coming to the back, we get a quad-camera setup and for the first time Realme uses a rectangular camera module in a 3D arc design shell that is repeatedly polished with the AG curtain coating process which makes it feel smoother and more comfortable to hold.
Like on the front, the rear camera on the Realme V5 5G also has photography features that are no less interesting. It has flagship features like super night scene mode to help produce brighter photos.
There is also UIS / UIS Max super anti-shake video, tripod mode, time-lapse, bokeh, HDR, panorama, ultrawide video recording support, 4K video recording at 30fps, and 1080p slow-motion at 120fps.
The Realme V5 5G smartphone relies on Dimensity 720 as its hardware, which is a middle class MediaTek processor that is equipped with support for 5G dual-mode SA / NSA connectivity.
Accompanying the hardware, there is the ARM G57 MC3 as a graphics processor with a choice of LPDDR4x RAM up to 8GB and paired with 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage which can still be expanded via a microSD card slot.
Complementing the specifications, there is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, dual-SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, a speaker with Dolby Atmos support that is Hi-Res certified. The 3.5mm audio jack also doesn’t fall behind in the package that comes with the GPS, and it runs on Android 10 OS based on the Realme UI interface.
Another highlight in the Realme V5 5G is the large battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh, this is suitable for devices that support 5G connectivity. It’s even more fun because Realme has also equipped it with support for 30 Watt SuperDart fast charging technology, which is claimed to only take 65 minutes for the battery to be fully charged via USB Type-C.
