Review OnePlus 9 – This smartphone maintains the first generation Fluid Display with an AMOLED panel spanning 6.55 inches and has Full HD Plus resolution. Unlike the Pro version, the regular model uses a flat screen but it supports a 120Hz refresh rate along with a peak brightness of 1,100 nits and is HDR10 + certified.
For photography, the OnePlus 9 only carries a triple-camera setup which includes a 48 megapixel main camera. It sports the older Sony IMX689 with a 2 × 2 on-chip lens, dual native ISO, 12-bit RAW output and traditional HDR.
Unlike the OnePlus 9 Pro version, the regular version only supports 8K video recording at 30fps, but the good news is we still get a 50 megapixel Sony IMX766 ultrawide lens which doubles as a 4cm macro camera.
The last one is a monochrome 2 megapixel camera and while for the needs of video calls or video calls, the OnePlus 9 has a single 16 megapixel camera like the OnePlus 9 Pro.
Snapdragon 888 is still being maintained which is built on a 5nm process and already supports 5G networks. Meanwhile, to help, the OnePlus 9 is given LPDDR5 RAM between 8GB or 12GB along with UFS 3.1 storage starting at 128GB and 256GB.
The OnePlus 9 gets Dolby Atmos and the haptic feedback motor that the OnePlus 9 Pro also has. The battery has a capacity of 4,500 mAh to keep it running and is supported by 65T Warp Charge technology.
The OnePlus 9 also comes as the first non-Pro phone from OnePlus to feature Wireless Charging, although that should be downgraded to 15W and note that only a few regions get it.
