Review Motorola Edge S30 – The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset has been hugely popular on Android flagships, but its predecessor, the Snapdragon 888+, is still the go-to option for the Motorola S30 which is Motorola’s new mid-range offering.
The Motorola S30 features a 6.8-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution and a variable refresh rate that can go up to 144Hz or as low as 48Hz depending on the task at hand.
The camera has a 108MP main sensor, a 13MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP camera. The front camera has a capacity of 16MP.
The Motorola S30 uses a 5,000 mAh battery but only with 33W slower charging. Unlike its brother who uses Android 12, the Moto Edge S30 still uses Android 11.
