Review Motorola Edge 20 Pro – Motorola has officially released three new smartphone models, namely the Motorola Edge 20 Pro, Edge 20, and Edge 20 Lite, globally.
These three flagship models support sub-6GHz 5G, a 108 MP rear camera, as well as a 6.7-inch OLED screen with claimed refresh rates including the fastest currently at 144Hz.
The tallest model is the Edge 20 Pro. Motorola provides it with common features such as a front panel coated with Gorilla Glass 5, a 144Hz screen refresh rate, and 12 GB of RAM with a Snapdragon 870 chip.
The main rear camera uses a 108 MP 1/1.52-inch sensor and an f/1.9 aperture, the same as last year’s Edge Plus camera. There’s also a new periscope-style 8MP 5x telephoto camera with optical image stabilization. Including a 16 MP ultra-wide that doubles as a macro camera, along with a 32 MP selfie camera on the front.
Motorola is committed to only two OS upgrades for the device, with Android 11. Its 4,500mAh battery can be charged via 30W wired fast charging, no support for wireless charging.
These three new models are IP52 certified which means they are protected from splashes of water, but are not guaranteed to withstand full immersion like the IP68 certified Samsung Galaxy S21.
