Review BLU G91 Max – BLU doesn’t really do flagships, it specializes in entry-level and mid-range devices. So, with the Helio G95 chipset inside, the new BLU G91 Max is the company’s most powerful device to date.

The 12nm chip has two Cortex-A76 (2.05 GHz) and six A55 (2.0 GHz) cores, plus a Mali-G76 MC4 GPU and an LTE modem.

The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, plus a microSD slot so you can easily add more. And there’s a 3.5mm headphone jack – non-expandable storage and no jack are things flagships do. Anyway, the phone runs Android 11 out of the box.

With a 6.8” screen, the G91 Max is one of the biggest BLU phones ever. And it has a resolution of 1080p+ (20.5:9), unlike phones outside the G series. There’s no high refresh rate, but you get the standard 60 Hz.

This model has the best camera BLU has ever released with a 108 MP primary sensor (1/1.52″, 0.7 m), plus a 5 MP ultra-wide camera (115° FoV) and a pair of 2 MP assistants (macro and depth). The main camera can record 4K video at 30 fps. There is also a 16 MP selfie camera punched in the screen.

The phone is powered by a sizable 5,000 mAh battery. It supports 18W wired and 10W wireless charging, Another thing to note is the side-mounted fingerprint reader and lack of NFC.
