Review Asus Zenfone 8 | Zenfone 8 Flip – Asus officially announced its newest smartphones from the Zenfone Series, namely Asus Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip.
The rotary camera on the Asus Zenfone 8 Flip provides three cameras that function as a front camera as well as a rear camera. On the regular Asus Zenfone 8 there are only two rear cameras.
Asus Zenfone 8
This smartphone has a 5.9-inch AMOLED screen that is supported by HDR10 Plus quality, 1080 x 2400p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate and is coated with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The combination of RAM capacity and internal memory available is 6GB / 128GB, 8GB / 128GB, 8GB / 256GB, and 16GB / 256GB.
The rear camera of the Asus Zenfone 8 has 64MP capability on the main camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera with dual pixel PDAF capability. On the front camera there is a 12MP dual pixel PDAF capability through a punch hole design.
Asus Zenfone 8 has a 4000 mAh battery capacity with 30W fast charging which is claimed to be able to charge the battery from zero to full in a duration of 80 minutes.
Asus Zenfone 8 Flip
This smartphone screen has a larger size, namely 6.67 inches but a 90Hz refresh rate coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 6. Here only two capacities of RAM and internal memory are provided, namely 8GB / 128GB and 8GB / 256GB.
The rear camera of the Asus Zenfone 8 Flip has the capability of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP 3x optical zoom telephoto camera, and a 12MP dual pixel PDAF ultra wide camera. A 5,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging is provided here.
