The appearance of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in circulation still has the same design language as its predecessor. The difference is, the material appears to have changed slightly, and is thought to use Titanium material similar to the iPhone 15 Pro.
The color is an elegant grayish gold. The tone is rather calm, different from the colors of the Galaxy S23 Ultra variant which are more vibrant.
According to leaks, the colors of the Galaxy S24 Ultra will still come in classic options such as black, purple and yellow. In addition, there are also orange, green and blue colors.
The placement of the camera lens is still identical to its predecessor, as is the Samsung logo. However, what is different is the screen which now looks flatter without curves. The bezels also tend to be thinner, although not too significantly.
Based on a leak from tipster Evan Blass, the Galaxy S24 has a 6.2-inch screen. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S24 Plus is larger with a 6.7-inch screen and the Galaxy S24 Ultra is slightly different with a 6.8-inch screen.
All three are supported by the latest premium chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 from Qualcomm. However, rumors say countries outside the US, Canada and China will get the regular Galaxy S23 and Plus with the Exynos 2400 chipset.
For the camera, the Galaxy S24 Ultra still maintains a 200MP lens resolution. Meanwhile, the regular Galaxy S24 and Plus rely on a 50MP main camera.
The telephoto lens on the Galaxy S24 Ultra is capable of optical zoom up to 10x. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus are only stuck at 3x, quoted from TheVerge.
Regarding the battery, the regular Galaxy S24 is said to have a capacity of 4,000 mAh. Meanwhile, the Plus and Ultra variants have 4,900 mAh and 5,000 mAh respectively.
There is also a water-dust resistance feature with IP68 certification which is still maintained from the previous series.
Most recently, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is said to be made of titanium material, similar to the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. However, rumors say Samsung uses more reliable titanium.
