Review Xiaomi Mi 10 || Mi 10 Pro 5G – There are two models that Xiaomi presents, namely Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. Coming as a successor of the Mi 9 Series, both of Xiaomi’s smartphones come with much better enhancements.
Both smartphones come together with a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED screen that offers a Full HD + resolution that supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.
The screen is also home to a fingerprint sensor, and a small hole at the top is where the 20MP camera is for taking selfies or video calls. And as mentioned, they both boast a 108MP primary camera behind.
It should be noted that the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro cameras have some differences where the regular version has a 108MP camera with a 7P lens that is combined with a 13MP ultrawide angle, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP depth sensor.
As for the Xiaomi Mi Pro, it uses a 108MP camera with an 8P lens paired with a 20MP ultrawide angle, a unique 12MP portrait lens, and a telephoto with support for 10 x hybrid optical zoom and 50 x digital zoom.
Complementing the camera, there are already exciting features such as support for OIS, EIS, laser focus, AI scene recognition, super night mode, to the ability to record 8K videos such as Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Series.
Moving to the hardware sector, the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro arrived powered by Snapdragon 865 chipsets that were paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.0 storage.
Other specifications available are Wi-Fi 6, Vapor Chamber liquid cooling system, 1.0cc linear stereo dual speakers for the Mi 10, and the larger 1.2CC in the Mi 10 Pro.
Of course, both of them also come with 5G SA / NSA connectivity support. Meanwhile, to make it useable all day, the Mi 10 Pro is powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 50W Wired fast charge, 30W quick wireless charger, and 10W reverse charging.
As for the regular model, interestingly, Xiaomi pinned a larger battery. Where Mi 10 comes with a capacity of 4780 mAh battery but only supports 30W Wired fast charge.
