Review Samsung Galaxy M01s – Like the existing Galaxy M-Series, the Samsung Galaxy M01s is an entry-level smartphone and can also be said to be a new version of the Galaxy M01 which was launched last June with the Galaxy M11.
Samsung Galaxy M01s still maintains a water drop design or called Infinity-V which offers a screen to body ratio of 81.8 percent and has an aspect ratio of 19: 9.
It’s just that now the LCD screen size becomes 6.2 inches which is slightly larger than the Galaxy M01 and it offers HD Plus resolution. While the small indentation at the top is home to an 8 megapixel selfie camera.
There is also a dual-camera arrangement which consists of a 13 megapixel main camera and a 2 megapixel depth sensor mounted vertically on the back complete with an LED flash directly below it.
Still behind, now Samsung has included a fingerprint sensor on this new smartphone that we don’t find in the Galaxy M01, but there is also a fast face unlock feature for additional device security
Galaxy M01s rely on MediaTek’s entry-level processor named Helio P22 with paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage which can still be expanded up to 512GB through a MicroSD card slot.
Completing the specifications, we get speakers with Dolby ATMOS, three SIM slots including MicroSD, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n (2.4GHz), GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, micro USB, and it runs on OS Android 9 Pie with a One UI Core 1.1 interface on it.
Meanwhile, to make it usable throughout the day, the smartphone, which has a 156.9 x 75.8 x 7.8mm dimension and weighs around 168 grams, is powered by a 4,000 mAh battery.
