Review Samsung Galaxy A42 5G – Recently, Samsung announced its newest smartphone called Galaxy A42 5G which is their affordable cellphone with support for 5G connectivity.
The Galaxy A42 5G comes with a Super AMOLED screen measuring 6.6 inches which offers Full HD Plus resolution and is equipped with support for an in-display fingerprint sensor.
This smartphone packs a waterdrop notch design aka Infinity-U with a small notch at the top of the screen which is home to a 20 megapixel camera for taking selfies or video calls.
There is also a quad-camera setup on the back consisting of a 48 megapixel main camera paired with an 8 megapixel ultrawide camera and a pair of 5 megapixel cameras, each of which is a macro lens and a depth sensor.
Samsung did not reveal which processor they use, but rumors speculate that the Galaxy A42 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 690, which supports 5G. and comes with 4GB of RAM.
Meanwhile, to make it usable all day long, the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G smartphone has a large 5,000 mAh capacity battery. Even though it’s still inferior to the Samsung Galaxy M51 which comes with a 7,000 mAh battery.
