Review Oppo A53 – This new smartphone from OPPO is launched by packing a 6.5-inch LCD screen that offers HD Plus resolution (1600 x 720 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 20: 9.
The OPPO A53 still maintains a punch-hole design, aka a perforated screen for a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and the screen now supports a 90Hz refresh rate to provide a smoother viewing or gaming experience.
On the back, we get a dual-camera setup in a rectangular-shaped camera module consisting of a 12 megapixel main camera, a 2 megapixel macro lens, and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.
Accompanying the camera, the back of the OPPO A53 which is made of polycarbonate shiny like glass is embedded with a fingerprint sensor to increase device security. Not to forget, OPPO also complements the camera on its new cellphone with interesting photography features.
The OPPO A53 is powered by the Snapdragon 460 processor that Qualcomm launched earlier this year built on an 11nm process alongside the Kryo 240 GPU 610 CPU which has 70 percent better performance than the previous generation.
To help the Snapdragon 460 work optimally, the OPPO A53 smartphone has been paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which also supports a microSD card to allow users to add more storage capacity up to 256GB.
Completing the specifications, there is a 3.5mm headphone jack, Android 10 as the operating system along with the ColorOS 7.2 interface on it, and it is powered by a large 5,000 mAh battery which is also supported by 18W fast charging via USB Type-C.
