Review Huawei P Smart 2021 – This smartphone with dimensions of 165.65 x 76.88 x 9.26mm arrives with a punch-hole design, aka a perforated screen. Huawei has released many smartphones with such designs, but the P Smart 2021 is Huawei’s first phone to have a hole in the middle.
This also makes the Huawei P Smart 2021 succeed in delivering a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3 percent which is quite impressive in its class. The screen itself uses an LCD panel measuring 6.67 inches by offering Full HD Plus resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and a high aspect ratio of 20: 9.
The pinhole is home to a single 8 megapixel camera with f / 2.0 aperture for taking selfies or video calls. While the rear still maintains a rectangular camera module in a parallel formation, there are now additional cameras for a total of four cameras.
The quad-camera setup consists of a 48 megapixel main camera which is further combined with an 8 megapixel ultrawide camera with 120 degrees FOV, a 2 megapixel depth sensor and finally we get a 2 megapixel macro lens for taking close-up photos.
Moving on to the hardware sector, the Huawei P Smart 2021 is powered by a Kirin 710A processor like the Honor Play 4T accompanied by 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can still be expanded via a microSD card slot up to 512GB.
The Huawei P Smart 2021 has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor with dual-SIM support and standard connectivity features such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, up to a 3.5mm audio jack.
Huawei P Smart 2021 runs EMUI 10.1 interface based on Android 10 OS which does not come with support for Google services. But fortunately there are Huawei Mobile Services and AppGallery to allow users to download applications.
Meanwhile, to keep it running, the smartphone weighing around 206 grams has a large 5,000 mAh capacity battery that also comes with support for 22.5W SuperCharge fast charging technology.
