Review HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G – The HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G is a new addition to the mid-range 5G-capable mobile phone from HTC which also comes equipped with interesting features and is also the successor of the Desire 20 Pro which the company launched last year.
On the HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G we get a 6.7-inch IPS LCD panel that offers Full HD Plus resolution along with HDR10 content playback support and a 90Hz refresh rate for a seamless experience.
This phone comes with a punch-hole design to accommodate a 16 megapixel selfie camera which is placed in the center of the screen. While on the back, there is a quad-camera setup.
The four cameras stored in the rectangular-shaped camera module consist of a 48-megapixel main camera combined with an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. There is also a pair of 2m megapixel cameras, each of which acts as a macro camera and a depth sensor.
The HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 690 processor which is built using an 8nm process and already supports 5G connectivity thanks to the presence of the X51 modem.
The HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G, which has dimensions of 167.1 x 78.1 x 9.4mm and weighs around 205 grams, is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage which users can further expand via the microSD card slot.
Another highlight of the HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G is the 5,000 mAh battery which is big enough to keep it running all day long and it has 18W fast charging technology embedded in it.
Complementing the specifications, the HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. Other additions are Dual-SIM support, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack audio jack and finally, this smartphone runs Android 10 OS.
