Review Honor Magic V – In terms of design, the Honor Magic V 5G carries a folding mechanism similar to Samsung’s folding cellphone, the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
For the screen, Magic V has two screens, namely the main screen (main screen) and secondary screen (external screen). In its stretched state, the main screen of the Honor Magic V 5G measures 7.9 inches with a resolution of 2,272 x 1,984 pixels, an aspect ratio of 10: 9, and supports a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
When folded, the Honor Magic V displays a 6.45-inch secondary screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,080 pixels, a 21:9 aspect ratio, and supports a 120 Hz refresh rate.
For the photography aspect, the Honor Magic V 5G carries two 42 MP selfie cameras, each of which is located in a punch hole on the front and inside screens.
Honor also equips the Magic V foldable cellphone with three rear cameras, all of which have a resolution of 50 MP. The three rear cameras of the Honor Magic V consist of a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultrawide camera, and a 50 MP color spectrum camera.
Magic V 5G carries Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 with 4nm fabrication and already supports 5G.
The cellphone is combined with 12 GB of RAM and 256/512 GB of media storage. The Honor Magic V 5G carries a 4,750 mAh battery that supports 66 watts of fast charging.
The fast charging feature allows users to charge up to 50 percent in 15 minutes. For software, the folding cellphone already runs the Android 12 operating system and is coated with the Magic UI 6.0 interface.
