Review – Google Pixel 4a 5G – Google has finally officially launched its newest Pixel smartphone, the Pixel 4a 5G, to accompany the Pixel 4a which they released in August and came with a new addition called Pixel 5.
Both the Google Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5 look similar, in fact, they also have nearly identical specs. However, of course the Pixel 5 is the tallest, more premium model.
The smartphone comes with a 6.2-inch OLED display which is slightly larger than the Pixel 5 with Full HD Plus resolution, but the refresh rate has been downgraded to the 60Hz standard.
As in the Pixel 4a, the 5G version also uses a punch-hole design to house the same 8 megapixel selfie camera as the Pixel 5 and even the rear camera is similar. Where this smartphone carries a dual camera which includes a 12.2 megapixel main camera and a 16 megapixel ultrawide camera.
Regarding hardware, the Snapdragon 730 has now changed to the Snapdragon 76G which is again the same as the Pixel 5G with 5G support, of course. This will be paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage.
The Pixel 4a 5G also runs the Android 11 OS and interestingly, Google equipped it with a 3.5mm audio jack that you won’t find on the Pixel 5. As for keeping it on, there’s a 3,885 mAh battery and it’s supported by 18W fast-charging, but you have to lose the wireless. charging.
