Review Apple iPhone 13 | iPhone 13 Mini – Apple officially launched the iPhone 13 Series consisting of the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max at the California Streaming event which was held virtually.
The design of the iPhone 13 is similar to the iPhone 12. It’s just that, if you look closely, there are a number of differences that Apple has implemented, one of which is the iconic (notch) which has now been reduced in size.
Inside these bangs, the iPhone 13 has a 12 MP selfie camera, an infrared camera for scanning faces (Face ID), and various other supporting sensors. Still on the front, the iPhone 13 screen has the same size as the iPhone 12, which is 6.1 inches.
The iPhone 13 screen is equipped with Super Retina XDR DISplay panel technology, which is claimed to be 28 percent brighter than the previous generation. The brightness level of the screen itself is stuck at 800 nits, but will be increased to 1,200 nits when viewing HDR content.
In addition to the notch and screen, the iPhone 13 rear camera design is neatly arranged vertically, the two rear cameras on the cellphone are now arranged diagonally. iPhone 13 is equipped with two rear cameras, consisting of a 12 MP main camera (f/1.7) and a 12 MP ultrawide camera (f/2.4, 120-degree field of view).
Hardware-wise, the iPhone 13 is also powered by the latest chip, the A15 Bionic. The SoC is now fabricated with 5nm technology and is claimed to be 50 percent faster than its competitors.
In the storage media sector, the iPhone 13 is now equipped with internal memory with the lowest variant of 128 GB, twice as much as the iPhone 12 with the standard 64 GB variant.
Then, the next storage capacity on the iPhone 13 is 256 GB and the highest is 512 GB. In terms of power, the iPhone 13 is claimed to have an endurance of 2.5 hours longer than the iPhone 12.
Apple also presented the iPhone 13 Mini, as the successor to the iPhone 12 Mini, which was also launched last year. iPhone 13 Mini has identical looks, features, cameras, and specifications, aka almost the same as the iPhone 13.
iPhone 13 has a smaller screen at 5.4 inches. In terms of power, the iPhone 13 Mini is claimed to be 1.5 hours more durable than the previous generation.
Just like the iPhone 12, both the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini also have a level of water and dust resistance with an IP68 certificate.
