Review Apple iPad Pro 11 (2021) – Apple has just held a launch event for a variety of new products, one of which includes the latest iPad Pro which will use the M1 chipset. Compared to the A12Z chipset, the CPU performance on the M1 is up to 50% higher and the GPU capability is also up to 40% higher than its predecessor.
The iPad Pro 2021 has a RAM configuration of up to 16 GB and up to 2 TB of internal storage, and is equipped with a Thunderbolt port. Connectivity supports transfer capabilities of up to 40 Gbps and can be connected with an external monitor up to 6K resolution.
The screen will consist of an 11-inch screen which is the standard size of the iPad Pro 2021, and there is a 12.9-inch size option that has a mini-LED. The main panel used by the latest 12.9 inch iPad Pro is called Liquid Retina XDR with brightness support up to 1600 nits and supports HDR10, Dolby Vision, HLG, and so on.
While the mini-LED consists of 10,000 tiny LEDs that are collected as 2,500 local dimming zones. Either 11 inch or 12.9 inch sails have ProMotion or an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate.
The camera on the new iPad Pro uses a 12 MP TrueDepth and an ultrawide angle lens with a 122º field of view. Other features include a faster ISP and NPU on the M1 chipset, Smart HDR 3 and LiDAR support which will help autofocus in low light.
